How it works
Adopt a duck – and do good
At the Duck Race several thousand numbered rubber ducks race each other down the stream. For a small amount you "adopt" a duck – if your duck wins, you win one of the great prizes provided by our sponsors.
The entire proceeds go to social projects in Kitzbühel and the region. Tickets are available from the Tablers in the weeks before the race and on race day on site.

How do I adopt a duck?
Tickets are available from all Tablers in the weeks before the race and on race day on site. Each ticket carries the number of your duck.
How much is a ticket?
A duck costs only a small amount – and every euro goes to social projects in the region. Current ticket prices are announced before the race.
Do I have to attend the race to win?
No. The winning numbers are published here on the website under Results after the race. Tickets can be redeemed up to 1 month after the event.
Where do the proceeds go?
The entire proceeds benefit social projects in Kitzbühel and the region – fast, unbureaucratic and without detours.
What is the "Lazy Duck"?
The last duck to finish also wins a prize – we affectionately call it the "Lazy Duck".
